As long as the addition of our age, our body will be changed from time to time. When we open our photo diary we will remember that in senior high school maybe our weight was still ideal.. when we use formula our height minus 110 maybe still so far oke.. but now maybe our weight have been changed maybe it will be 10 or 15 kg more than our weight at that time.

Some people said that it was because we have succeed that we have an adequate revenue to fulfill our need than our mind will be peace than our body drastically changed..

another said that because of Ur Work / profession now force you to a little bit movement. Force U to sitdown in a certain periode of time than U din’t have any time to do workout or exercise. Because this habbit Ur weight is increased.

Another said that U didn’t have a good life style.. less exercise, unqualified food consuming, less rest/ sleep in the night, stress or etc.

if we wanted to introspect ourself, maybe any of that reason above would be correct. Like or dislike the fact now Ur weight isn’t ideal again.

so What’s next..

will U keep pretending like anything is oke and don’t do any action??

Did U ever listen that overweight can be the main trigger for any health problem nowdays?

Diet and workout.

Diet.

So many diet method have been introduced to us such us foodcombaining, OCD, Keto, Mayo, raw food and so many else..

i belief that diet without workout will not be optimal. Combain several diet method and doing workout.

For example : food combaining plus Intermittent fasting of OCD plus workout (muscle training by considering muscle rest) for one week. Than the next week we will try by using raw food and work out for one week.. and the third week we will try to apply  ketogenic diet by consuming meat and vegetable only..

maybe the result will be optimal by indicator such us the decreased of weight, the normal of blood pressure, the comfortable feeling about our stomach/ wholy body and the normal blood analyst.

But consider our body endurance first, by trying that method step by step without too much ambition and force to get the result quickly than make us collapsed.
