Recently in Indonesia appear several of community. One of them is Bike to Work and other small community in corporation/institution/local community bike lover and so on.
There are many event which is held for Cycling Lover such as Fun Bike, Down Hill, Uphill event, Bike Tour and so on..
The main purpose of this community beside want to be health by this kind of sport but
Also as part of environmental awareness

Here is the benefit of Cycling :
1.Fulfill our leisure time/ active time by sport activity (Positive activity)
2.Have new friend because we are part of the Cycling community that maybe will be helpful for our
career and so on.
3.Reduce Stress because of our routinousity
4.Improve our lung capacity (Dissolved Oxygen) that will be useful for our health.
5.Body forming, It make our body be more proportional.
6.Reduce budget for transportation fee
7.Be on time in office/school because it can avoid traffic jams.

Although It have several of advantages, But still there is weakness such as ;
1.The infrastructure for Cycling road is didn’t exist.
It is directly combined with other road user such as pedestrian, car, and other public transportation.
2.Not all the road have sufficient lighting system especially in the night.
3.The uncomfortable road because of hole and slippery street because unqualified road.
4.The risk if we fall down from bike

So What we can do for mitigate that kind of problems :
1.Choose the bike size that suitable with our body
2.Choose the exact design bike which can cover all field/track maybe such as the Wheel design, Shock
system which can cover field barrier.
3.Use Cycling accessoris and toll kid such as helmet, body protector, tool kid, speedo meter, air pump,
lighting bike system and so on..
4.Improve our cycling skills.
5.keep our stamina so that we can already fight with any weather such as dry weather, rain and so on.
6.Always update our information about cycling
7.Knowing our road path for mitigate the barrier and risk

Make cycling fun so get some advantages from it. Health, career, love and so on…

For Employee, Our time is mostly allocated to work in our office from 07.30 am to 04.30 pm in the evening or maybe more from Monday to Friday.
Then It is still added by our time which is wasted in street/road to fight with traffic jump. It is so frustrated, isn’t it?
Then It is still added by our work deadline, our family problem and so on…
It is a big terrible, isn’t it?

Its complexity make me think, What is the best way to manage our time so that we can have a good time frame for our work, family, hobbies, social activity and take a rest/ relaxing ???

In world of time management, There are known about two dimension of time. It is based on its Importance and its Urgency. So that practically it can be divided into four quadrant like below

Mostly people who can’t manage their time tend to delay all their duties / obligations so that they make their job in Quadrant 1 (Q1) –> important and urgent. It means that they use crisis management that make them so frustrated to finish their deadline. They will do their job, one day or several hours before its deadline. So that Their life is uncomfortable and stressfull. And for Q3 and Q4 give certain portion time and use them wisdomly for relaxing and taking a break to take fresh water and air to refresh our mind and soul.

My suggestion is how we can manage all of our job/duties/tasks/obligations in Q2.
Make all of our important things be not urgent, It is mean that we don’t delay our job, do earlierly as possible. So that we can sleep silently and
work comfortably. More than that We can manage our time for more strategic and important action to achieve our career, personal dreams and give enough time for our beloved family.

Life is hard, don’t make it harder with our bad habits by keeping our duties in Q2.

So, What is the solution???

When we have enough ages, have a job or income at the first time we would like to enjoy our salary to fulfil our need like gadget, secondary or tertiary need and so on. Then after that because all of physical need have been fulfilled, we will think that there is something lost. Our deepest hearth need to take anchor in the harbor called “Holy relation –>marriage”.

Then With Whom We can anchor our life??
That is the question that just be able to be answered by ourselves. Every people has their own criteria to their life couple. Some people like the one who resemble with their Mom. Some other want to have inner/natural beauty that don’t need to much cosmetic (not highly cost for cosmetic so that the budget can be invested for other investation product).. Ha ha ha….. Some people want to have a wife with the same religion the same ages/older/younger.Some other want to have a couple who have the same vision like the same vision to take higher education and a good career, Some other want to have a wife like an artist who is beautiful like angel and so on….

Just one thing that I would like to suggest to you don’t delay to take decision where you want to anchor your life if you have finance capability, enough age and have the one who can make your hearth comfort and safe when you are stay beside her or stay in a distance, the Ones who love you and your family like her own family. The Ones who receive your goodness and your weakness and want to strengthen/empower it to run life together in happy and sad.

For the ones who just plan to hold marriage… Please prepare your finance for marriage party/celebration. It’s only once in life just make it unforgettable. Off course You have to spend enough money to do it. So just allocate certain portion of your salary to make it be come true suitable with your expectation in the day that have been stipulated together between your family and your couple family…And prepare for unpredictable adventures after that….Your effort for home sweet home and its struggle to get it, have a baby and grow them with a good education and welfare and so on. So that you can learn what lesson that Your Parent show You since You were born till be a real parent like them..

Respect Your Parent that Ur children will respect You like the way You Recognize Ur Parent as the best ever..

Marriage is a long life commitment so make it as the best gift from God for you..

In the near year, we often listen about several of profession or job which is related with wealth/ financial advisers and so on who will give us any suggestion about the way we plan our future especially in financial management. They will guide us relating with managing our cash flow, our balance sheet statement and Income statement. So Not just company which have that kind of report, We do have too…

They will map what our need/expectation in the future. Then ask to us about our income resource and our risk appetite about investation. They will map our need / expectation in several of term such us short, medium and long term. Then they will suggest what kind of investation which is suitable for us.

They are just able to suggest!!!
That is the point that I would like to be bold and underlined as our point of view in this article. So the real actor is actually is ourself. We are Self Accountant..

Can we manage our money or not ? Will we hard work and plan our financial well ?? Will we discipline to invest or save part of our salary? Will we be wise to use our credit card? What kind of investation product do you have? Do You have covered yourself and your family with assurance? Do You have Your own dream home? Have you plan about your pension fund? Will your income when you have retired is sufficient to cover Your need/ life style and so on??? Do you have provided upredictable fund for your urgent need? Do You have for Your children education?? How often You have travelling with Your beloved family?

All of that question is the whole things that i plan to answer one by one through life financial training. We can learn from every people surrounding us and take a benefit from them to be a good role model for my life.

Passion is strong feeling of love, anger, hate and so on or strong liking for something ( Oxford dictionary).

Then We go to the definition of Success :
Success : achievement of your aim, fame and wealth.

So Success People is the one who can achieve something that he/she really want/desire with the whole potency and effort to make their dream to be come true..

Then I am asking to myself?
What’s something that You really want in my life?
A good career, an harmonic family, enough money/prosperity, a good health till the old time, Being useful people to others, enjoy life with hobbies and everything that we like, Make my beloved people happy and smile, provide a good environment and education for my children and so many else..

Then I remember the song “ My Way “, The movie “ Yes Man”, The Story of The Lamb people from Japan, The song lyric of Jangan Menyerah, Laskar Pelangi and Sang Pemimpi” that really inspire me to be a better people time to time.

I’m just silent, I’m really aware that I still looking for my passion to make me achieve my dream and hope..

All of barriers and difficulties is just a process to open every puzzle of my life.

Everything is happy when the time is coming.

Life is meaningful which make us learning time to time from being born, crawl on hands and kness (merangkak), standing up, running, speaking, studying, working, married, have a baby, be a parent, be old. That is our life cycle. In this life cycle there is a long process until we become mature and know our life meaning. We have ever felt lucky, happy, sad, angry, frustated, broken, unusefull, depressed, tired, bored and so on. They are called as life colour. We can choose which one is the best for us in every life moment.

The Changing/ The Revolution/ The Restoration/ The Reformation

These term is familiar now in our ears. Long time ago happening in Germany (signed by the destruction of Berlin Wall) which unite West German and East German. Japan Restoration which make Japan from the the closed system be open system with its sophistication today. The revolution of Middle East happening today that spread out from one country to others.

Actually nature, Have teach us about surviving.
The Survival creature today is result of their action to adapt with its surrounding. Just the adaptive creatures that will have long life. Nature selection law is applied in all living things. The butterfly have teach us, the dyno have teach us that power is not everything.

Sometimes, we must sacrifice something to pay the price of change.
We must delay our happiness to prioritize our dream and so on. We work harder, get more money and allocate it to constructive actions which will bring us to our dream. Be open to any information to take any corrective action to reconsiliaze the gaps betwen the reality and our dreams.

What’s Leadership? What is Requirement if we want to be a good leader?
Based on Dale Carnegie opinion,
Leadership is defined as the ability to influence other or to get follower in order to get organizational or mutual goal. We see it from the aspect of Leader function and managerial aspect.

To be a good Leader there are several things that must be considered:

1. Interdependence
Always think that we need other to make our goal attained by understanding that we are social creatures.
2. Emphatic Communication Style
See everything in the aspect / perception of other. We need to understand first then just be understood.
3. Win – Win orientation
No body want to be sacrificed or be victim. So mutual relationship is the best way.
4. Do Synergy with other
In cooperation with other,we must work together to enlarge our cakes then divide them each contribution.
5. Self Awareness
The ability to understand ourselves. Knowing our skills and ability and empowering our character.
6. Self Leading
Have written vision and mission and take a big efforts to make them to be come true.
7. Self Managing
Self Management. It refer to our time management, Can we make priority for our time.
Better we can lassify our time based on 2 point : The level of Important and
Urgency. It is better to control our stress.
8. Self Accomplisment.
Always do everything till finish. Always ensure that every jobs or task is completely finished

Three Type of people here are :
1. Quiters
The ones who just keep life, easily give up and stop in the middle of war. Kind of this people is only have less desire to fight with life challenges. Unfortunetely this attitude undirectly will close all chance/ opportunity that will came.

2.Campers
The ones who just brave to do the risk thing which surely safe and measurable. Kind of this people will easily satisfied and easily stop in the middle of war. Actually they have capacity to fight but they think ‘this is enough’ because too much challanges that must be solved.

3. Climbers
The ones who choose to keep fighting with everything came such as problems, challanges, hindrance/obstacle etc which came everyday.Only this kind of people who brave to fight and finish the challenge till the end.

Which type that we want, is depend on ourselves. Life is option. Take it or leave it. Ensure that we will not regret in the end because pass every opportunity which came to us. Ganbarimassyo !!!!!!!!

In any profession, top level achievement must be achieved through several of path / level. Where each of path/level need certain requirement.
Based on that understanding, Quality of someone is became the main point that we must pay attention. How good its mental maturity. As I know, to mature our mental is depended on our life journey / life experience. Either good experience or bad experience.
Both of that experience must be put in one understanding that life is process like A LADDER that must be climb whatever happen.
Basically because as human, after we achieve something, We will not stop to climb the next ladder to give the meaning of our lives. Not because the position/ level that became the destination but its process to achieve that will give us spirit to keep survive and a live. the competition/ the pressure/ the stress will teach us about the meaning of our existence which guide us to the way of maturity.

Simple example :

When the owner of famous of restaurant is old, off course when he/she was old, all of his children want that he/ she was retired in order to enjoy their old time. And they will separate him/her with its blood of life called his/her restaurant that he/ She build from zero till now. What will be happen, this old people will depressed and don’t have any meaning of life or existence and will dead easily.

The Top was not the main things but the path to achieve top is truly thing that represent our existence to keep survive
