Pensiun Budget is fund allocated when we are in working period by cutting several percent of our salary. Sometimes it is managed by financial agency such as bank, assurance and so on.

But If we are a private employer, our company don’t manage kind of this programs. So We must manage it by ourself.

1. If Ur company have provide this programs, it will better if U have one more pensiun program managed by urself. It is because just to keep ur life standart excellent in the future. Because we never know what our pensiun budget from the company is enough or not in the future because inflation and so on.

2. If we are a private employer, we must manage it by urself by depositting our money in bank and kind of assurances programs.

Based on my reference, To take the advantage of of our program, we must prepare it now, whwn we are actively working. By cutting 10 – 20 % of Our salary beside our company pensiun program.
